GEN2Media Corp. (GTWO): Promoters Drive Prices Up Again
26 Mar 2010

Two more following promotions for GEN2Media Corp., this time by Hot OTC’s and Stock Eggs seem to have had their effect on the company’s stock on March 25. GEN2Media paid $85,000 to each of the promoters to spread some good news about GEN2Media yesterday. As a result, a price jump by 17,65% followed and the stock closed at $0,400. The trading volume was also extraordinary high on that day, in fact a couple of times higher compared to the previous two days.

According to the OTC Bulletin, the innovative video technology company focusing on video production and online video advertising on its Online Video Network (10 millionvisitors monthly), has strengthened its market dominance with over 200 radio stations partners. The Online Video Platform Version 2.1 offers all the needed features to respond to the demands of any kinds of today’s small and large businesses. Retailers are also well supported with the sophisticated social media integration tools and the video search optimization components, particularly interesting being the components of the platform allowing auto post to social networks like Facebook or MySpace.

GEN2Media Corp. has been often promoted over the last months, whereby the dates of the promotions follow a down trend of the stock price. In the middle of January for example as the stock began a severe fall starting from $0,604 and lost more than 35% over a 5-day period reaching $0,39 on January 25, a promotion followed on January 22, aimed obviously to turn the trend. The stock rises sharply following a promotion, but never reaching the previous highest level for 2010 and then falls back again to about $0,38.making the stock extremely volatile and speculative. Though on the long turn the market smooths out the effGEN2Media Corp. (GTWO)-from corporate websiteects of the promoting campaigns, making the stock some kind of predictable.

Yesterday’s promotion has probably also been inspired by the lowest close for the stock on March 23 and March 24 since the beginning of January. Considering the usually low liquidity of the stock and also the fact that GEN2Media has filed with the SEC in 2007 for the last time, the current state of their business is highly questionable.
