GoIP Global, Inc. (GOIG.PK) Relies on GO800
18 May 2010

GoIP Global, Inc. (PINK:GOIG) announced that its subsidiary GO800, LLC is continuing to expand its marketing efforts after its Soft Market launch of GO800.

By using GO800, public companies will lease their Stock Symbol as a Voice Keyword for 3 years at a price of $10,000 for 3 years. In other words, it is + .04 per minute for all connected calls.

At the end of 2009, GOIG’s stocks have had not much success on the market. Their price went down, and the trading volume was too low. For example, in December, 2009 the GOIG stocks’ price was only $0.001, at volume of 04.91m traded shares. The price crash was -75% and the company’s business was going very bad.

After launching GO800, GoIP Global, Inc. expects the ease of using Keywords will get positive results and their clients will be satisfied with this “text-to-action”. In April, 2010 GOIG got a compensation of 200 thousand shares from a third party and its stocks’ price rose up as well as the trading volume. Though the sudden price jump, at the beginning of May, 2010 there was another volume drop. Currently, GoIP Global, Inc. points +1.92% price change and traded volume of 16.95m shares. Though, the volume has had frequent ups and downs this month.

GO800 is a new patent pending text messaging service that enables advertisers to incorporate a text prompt in their advertisements, prompting consumers to contact them. For public companies that would prefer to pay GO800 in stock, GO800 will accept the equivalent of $25 thousand in restricted shares. By this move, GOIG expects its marketing strategy to grow.
