Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (PINK:GRNO) Promoters Promise Not to Dump
13 Jan 2011

Regularly promoted over the past year, Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (PINK:GRNO) shares cannot stop losing progressively large portions of their value. Though, yesterday promised some action as the company issued a new press release and as a new promo campaign got started.

GRNO closed the last trading session without a change in the price at $0.08 for a share and with the usual meager trading activity. Still, it looks like the stock could confidently expect to see a new run-up today. A new trading alert on GRNO has been sent yesterday evening, from a promoter that has already proven pretty successful in pumping the share price in March last year.

Shazam Stock comes in play again, reminding about the previous three-digit gains of GRNO on his alerts. The cash compensation is kind of modest this time, consisting of $5,000 and 50,000 free trading shares for a one-month campaign. Even though the promoter promises not to dump that shares as long as the campaign is running, the compensation has been paid by a third party, which automatically suggests that dumping is still very likely to take place.

In support of its promoter, Green Oasis Environmental released a new PR at market close yesterday. It announced record revenue and oil production for 2010 for the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Custom Carbon Processing Inc. (CCP). Because of the limited current financial data, it looks like the promised recently by the company quarter reports for 2010 could give an idea if the stock price should start to appreciate without the help of promoters.

In the middle of December Green Oasis Environmental filed an 8-k to provide an update on its latest activities. The company has not been operating for ten years up to the end of 2009, when it acquired all of the shares of CCP, entered the business of processing Slop Oil and started making big plans in the waste oil remediation business.
