Lecere Corporation (OTC: LCRE.PK) a software start-up company  is traded on the news about its  penetration  in the field of  restaurant ERP systems.

The stock has slightly picked up but is still trading far below the one penny level. The price change is directly related to the news as released on April 20th about project pilot kick-off at initial customer and support for the Apple iPad. Financial information about the company is not available.

Morris (Chairman and CEO) staff engineer with Intel Corporation, an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Purdue University and a staff scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory with 23-year period in founding and leading high technology companies, Roger D. Williams, experienced former manager of Bob Evan Farms Inc. and Gregory Schillinger who has held positions as a general manager with national restaurant chains like Wendy’s, TGI Friday’s, Old Chicago and Rock Bottom Restaurants.
