SpeechSwitch, Inc. (OTC:SSWC) got among the most active market movers these days. The stock surged up by 6.7% and closed at $0.0016 with overall trading volume of 133.76 million shares. The price jump occurred on 7 June, 2010, when the president of SpeechSwitch announced the reduced company’s debt, by conversion of it to restricted Class A and Class B stock, and the expansion of SSWC with the Kenergy Scientific Group.

SpeechSwitch, Inc. is an independent publicly traded company, which is no longer affiliated with iVoice, Inc. It is devoted to the development and sale of products in four SSWC categories: Solar power systems; Solar products; Wind turbine systems and other Creative products.

Due to the economy differentiation, SpeechSwitch experienced its last sales in the field of speech recognition and autodialing systems and support in the first quarter of 2009. In June, 2009, the company made changes in its Board of Directors and acquired a small inventory of solar rechargeable lanterns for testing and sales.

Currently SpeechSwitch, Inc. plans to launch a series of new products under the Kenergy Scientific brand, beginning in early July 2010.
