US Natural Gas Corp. (OTC:UNGS) Flies Further Up, Speculative Gains Expected
14 Jul 2010

On natural gas price falling down these days, US Natural Gas Corp. (OTC:UNGS) stock price continued its three-day flight yesterday. The market received the official confirmation by the company that their stock will be further broadly and successfully promoted.

Yesterday the stock of US Natural Gas surged another 12.07% for the third day in row and the trading volume keeps growing. Nearly 1 million share were traded yesterday and the price closed at $0.065.

It seems that an announcement has caused the excitement on the market, since it guaranteed speculative gains and a lot of promotional volumes. The company said that it will retain Del Mar Corporate Consulting as its full service investor awareness firm and it has been provided for high motivation to work hard in favor of a rising US Natural Gas stock price.

Del Mar Corporate Consulting has been generously compensated by $2,000 cash, a total of 800,000 warrants to buy shares at $0.20, and further expects to receive additional $18,000 in cash, along with 500,000 restricted and 500,000 free trading shares.

It is clear that advertising has to be done, as the price for US Natural Gas’ stock surprisingly does not seem to correlate much with the natural gas market prices. The company barely produces any gas, and even if does, it appears not to be sufficient to produce any revenues different from zero on their financial statement. On the other hand, losses are accumulating, to reach $2.7 during the two years of existence.

Though, it seems there are enough of investors willing to finance US Natural Gas’ obviously unprofitable operations. Since the beginning of the year more than 2.3 million new shares of common stock were issued, the question is only, what do those investors hope to profit from?
